周中成，星际电子在线|中国有限公司官网，教授，博士生导师，专业为运筹学与控制论。 2004年获东北师范大学硕士学位并开始在西南师范大学工作， 2009年博士毕业于中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院。 2011年聘为星际电子在线副教授，2017年聘为星际电子在线教授。  2015年至2016年澳大利亚科廷大学访问学者。
